Taking the plunge

Today was Genevieve's first visit to the swimming pool. I hooked up with one of the mums from exercise class and we took our babies to the local Kensington community swimming pool. We looked after each others babies while we took turns at doing a few laps ourselves and then we took the kids into the toddler pool. Genevieve was clinging to me for dear life at first but then as she got used to it she was floating around on her back and tummy - with me supporting her of course. She loved it!

So I have ordered her some proper swimming pants as we think that we will make going to the pool a regular outing.
